Request a link to download our 3D home model smartphone app. Open the HOVER app, set a password, and tap ‘Get Started’. Follow the in-app instructions on how to take photos of the property.

Tip: Hold the phone horizontally and include free space around the top, bottom, and edges of the property.

Meet Your contractor virtually

Your contractor will receive a detailed report of precise measurements of your home. You will also receive a link to a 3D model of your home. Then, book a time with your contractor to design, and choose materials for your project remotely. Use the design tools in the HOVER app to change colors, roof style, siding type, gutters, windows, and more with real products on your home’s 3D model. Your contractor will use the design choices and measurements to quickly and accurately estimate your project.

Review and sign your proposal and contract virtually, or by mail. Your exterior replacement or remodel can be completed without our team entering your home. Your project gets done faster with HOVER’s quick and accurate measurements, estimating, and ordering.

All key decisions can be made virtually using digital tools, including choosing a shingle, signing a contract, and making payment.
